Beautiful, scenic location, excellent customer service, and the best food! Each one of the suites and casas here looks unique and has its own charm. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend it to couples looking for a perfectly …
I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, everything was good, but when I returned I discovered that my money was stolen here. The amount was 13k pesos. That's a big amount of money for me. And I'm 100% sure I was stolen here.I'm so disappointed about this. Such a wonderful place could have something like this happen. And I don't think I'm the only one having this problem.
This is the first time i come here with my family. I chose this place as a place for me and my family to rest after 1 year of work. Prices may be high compared to the general level in the batangas area but I found everything to be very good. But unfortunately, I had some money stolen during my stay here. I thought this was a high-end resort, so I left money in the room while I went out for a walk. and I discovered it had been taken even though the room door was always locked carefully. I think they had a spare key. so sad. 😞

Our team had so much fun. We love their service. All the staff are very polite and attentive. The infinity pool is superb and there is a very nice view. We are amazed at their spacious and cozy rooms, too. We enjoyed all the meals, and we're surprised by the generous serving of breakfast.
I stayed here with my partner for four days and had an enjoyable time. There are pros and cons, however.
PROS:
SNORKELING. The coral and fish are so beautiful, and it's right off the shore. This is extremely accessible and safe for children and adults who do not know how to swim.
SERVICE. The staff is amazing. They're truly there to help whenever needed, and they all remembered our room for when we ordered food, drinks, and other services.
FOOD: Most of the food was fantastic, with the exception of the soup (more like flavored broth without crackers or croutons) and some of the desserts (the flan was not good at all).
VIEWS: Every single angle inside and outside is picture worthy. Many of my friends said it was like looking at a postcard.
LAUNDRY: They offer laundry service by request (for a small fee), which is great after accumulating some dirty clothes from the outdoors.
INFINITY POOL: The pool is super clean and chlorinated.
FEW GUESTS: This is not a busy resort. The space and privacy is nice.
CONS:
AMENITIES: They don't offer much to do, other than snorkeling and kayaking. If you don't bring stuff to entertain yourself, then you might get bored quickly.
SHOWER: The water is not heated (it's very cold) and it's very sticky. I felt dirty the entire time.
SOAP: Bring your own soap and shampoo, because the ones they provide are cheap and ineffective.
DRINKING WATER: This is a big one. They don't offer purified water to guests. You're asked before arriving to bring a water bottle to fill with their mineral water. I brought large jugs of water and ran out by day three. I drank two glasses of their mineral water and had diarrhea 8 times that day, and 6 times the following day. Their water completely destroyed by stomach and appetite.
ISLAND HOPPING: The island hopping is a scam. I asked for an island with shade and they sent me to this secluded island that had noisy construction workers. The boat people coordinate with sellers too, so the souvenir sellers would not stop following me the entire stay on the island. I asked the staff for a discounted rate as we did not stay for more than a half hour and they said no.
Overall, I recommend staying here as it is a very beautiful resort with great staff, but only for 2 days max with your own purified drinking water.
Great stay overall. A few minor hiccups upon check-in but the staff were well trained enough to recover well and deliver a great experience.
There was a brief mix up when we checked in as someone else was in our designated room. This was after we were made to wait until our check in time to check in.
Once we alerted the staff about this they were able to resolve the issue professionally and discreetly. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience and the hotel manager Clifford, did his best to make up for it (bottle of wine + massage + option to upgrade)
While our stay didn't start well, the rest of the stay was great overall. Staff service was very attentive and efficient. Food was surprisingly good, view from the hotel and during snorkeling was fantastic.
